Posted on 22 November 2022

MEDI-THEFT dissemination activities continue, supported by Consortium Partner Transcrime – Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore of Milan.

Transcrime senior researcher Marco Dugato presented the project and some key results at the ASC Annual Meeting in Atlanta, USA, whose theme for this year was “The Future of Criminology”. During the event Transcrime participated, among others, in the panel “Global Perspectives on Organized Crime”.

The American Society of Criminology is an international organization focused on knowledge and research on topics concerning the measurement, etiology, consequences, prevention, control, and treatment of crime and delinquency.
Therefore, the event represented a great opportunity to give visibility to MEDI-THEFT Project and to present key results of WP2 on the theft of medicines and medical devices in the EU to relevant stakeholders.
